Green Belt
Green Belt is the 2nd belt at INTERMEDIATE LEVEL, or the 4th belt in the rank system. The rank of Green Belt marks the half-way point in your training. Challenging techniques, including 360° kicks, can be practiced at your own pace. You may want to eliminate or modify the more advanced techniques. That is fine - instead of a spinning crescent kick, do an inside crescent kick. Or even a front kic, learned in previous training!
Don't ever get discouraged - as long as you are making progress you are succeeding!
