The Bushido School of Karate's curriculum and requirements online are like private lessons at home!
Your purchase means you're serious about becoming better. This is the first time we've made available so many opportunities for you to improve and complement your in-class training at Bushido Karate . This is also an excellent resource for higher ranking students who are learning to fulfill their roles in giving assistance to lower belts. Techniques are broken down in order to teach them and Forms (kata) are taught in counts just as they are taught in class.
If you're not a Bushido Karate student this is the best way for you to get your toes wet! Easy to learn basics in our White Belt videos will get you on your way to a martial arts lifestyle!
Currently only our Beginner Program tutorials are available streaming. Yellow, Green, Red and Brown belt requirements will be online in late December 2017.
This collection includes breakdowns of white, blue, yellow, green and red belt forms. Forms, or kata, are a choreographed series of movements against an imaginary opponent. Techniques learned at each belt level are incorporated into the forms.
For Bushido Karate black belts and brown belts this is a great opportunity for you to learn how to teach. Being able to break down the forms for lower ranks is an important part of being a Sempai.
Performing kata correctly is a workout! Learning kata will make you isolate muscle groups and increase your focus and concentration. Controlled and repeated motions are a tradition in the martial arts. Go slowly and practice often!
